Virgin Mobile and Bell begin selling the Samsung Galaxy Nexus superphone in Canada. Bell is offering this Samsung smartphone for $159.95 with a 3-year contract. Both Bell and Virgin Mobile offer this handset in black color only. If you are unfamiliar with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, it is the first superphone to have Android 4.0 operating system.

This latest Google superphone has a 4.65-inch vivid HD Super AMOLED touchscreen with contour display and a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a powerful 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory, and HSPA+ network compatible.

If you choose to buy the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone from Virgin Mobile, you have to pay $649.99 no-contract or $159.99 with a 3-year term or SuperTab.
