Panasonic is preparing to enter the European smartphone market in March 2012. According to press release, it will brings its first smartphone, unfortunately, it is still unnamed handset yet.
The Panasonic phone is provides waterproof and dust-proof. Feature on the upcoming Panasonic smartphone is including a 4.3-inch touchscreen qHD OLED (organic light emitting diode) display and an ultra-slim form factor. In official announced, Panasonic is planning to sell 1.5 million smartphones in Europe by 2012, and 15 million phones in global market by 2016, while 9 million into Europe, Asia, China, and the United States.
The unnamed phone will bring NFC capabilities, and likely runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
